Hello! My name is Archit Mishra. I'm a freelance photographer born and raised in the Twin Cities area in Minnesota. While my experience has ranged from event photography to professional headshots, my expertise lies in conceptual portrait photography. I'm always looking to collaborate on new project ideas, whether for professional or personal use.
My passion for photography came from my sister, Ananya Mishra. Watching her create art inspired me to start taking photos from my phone and using editing apps before I eventually upgraded to a camera. Through photography classes in school and watching videos on editing and framing, I've been able to develop my personal style, and I've officially gained the status of being the photographer friend. My work has been featured in the Maple Grove Community Resource & Residents' Guide magazines, and I have placed 1st in Maple Grove's annual photography competition.
I'm currently a member of the Minneapolis Photography Club, where I've been able to learn from photographers in the area and been encouraged to try new concepts outside of my comfort zone to further develop my skills. Outside of photography, I also enjoy graphic design, playing the guitar, and dancing. Overall, I like to keep myself creative in any way I can.
